Misty has been a dental hygienist for about 12 years now. She didn’t join the field with prior dental experience as she knew exactly what she wanted to do at a young age. She always enjoyed going to her dental visits and had the best dental hygienist that she looked up to! Realizing that her experience at her dental visits were very different than most, she realized that she wanted to make a difference in a profession that a lot of people avoided. Misty has a gentle, yet thorough approach. But more importantly, she wants her patients to have a good time during their visits. She tries to make their visits lighthearted, but also educational so her patients will leave her chair healthier and be able to continue down that path.

Misty is lives in Santa Ana and loves spending time with her fiancé and two pups, Bronson and Mila. When she is off, she enjoys traveling, reading, trying new recipes, baking, hiking, and fishing. She tries to enjoy the small, yet important, things in life.
